Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Nord-Ouest. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We accept returns of products in their original packaging. Because we want you to be able to try it, lightly used items are eligible for return. Products that have been substantially used or emptied are not eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

To start a return, visit your order status page using the link in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account, and request a return on the item you'd like to send back. Once we approve your request, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is on us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
