Nord Ouest ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website located at nordouest.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit the Site.
By using this Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. This policy applies solely to information collected through this website and does not govern information collected through any third-party platforms, including Amazon.

This website does not include any forms, account creation, newsletter signups, or checkout processes. The only way Nord Ouest receives personal information directly from you is if you choose to email us at hello@nordouest.com. In that case, we may receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.

6. Netlify Hosting
The Site is hosted on Netlify, Inc. Netlify may process limited technical data (such as server access logs) as part of providing hosting and infrastructure services. This processing is governed by Netlify's own Privacy Policy, available at netlify.com/privacy. Nord Ouest does not control Netlify's data retention or processing practices beyond what is set forth in our agreement with Netlify.
7. Data Retention
We retain email correspondence sent to hello@nordouest.com for up to two (2) years, after which it is deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer or it is relevant to an ongoing legal matter.
Server access logs collected by Netlify are retained in accordance with Netlify's standard data retention practices. Nord Ouest does not independently store or archive server log data.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at hello@nordouest.com and we will promptly delete such information.
